There was one alert in the morning recovered quickly.

And another one coming this afternoon persisting for an hour and not seeing recovery sign.

Updates downloads and extra load from machines that used to use Wsus01 caused the spike. I tweaked the memory settings for mssql built in database and rebooted . I am watching and forcing an update now to see if it reoccurs.
