I just submitted a crash from Firefox after upgrading to macOS Mojave. After the Crash Reporter finished its worked and exited, it appeared in the list of recently used apps in the dock. This doesn't look good. :-) If it's possible we should somehow prevent crashreporter.app (and updater.app) from being shown in there.
