Details

A common complaint is that users can't find how to clear all history. I think this makes clearing history harder to find, as the term 'Data Management' is generic, and not an established browser term that would indicate to users what this feature does without investigating.
This should be addressed for v15, but we do not have it in Bugzilla yet. Marking as P3 for now.
