We added a new API in WebExtensions that allows add-ons to use our built in search engines to do a search.
I've added telemetry for this in this bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1492233
It's both an event and a scalar.
In all cases, it's just an additional type (webextension)
It will be automatically detected on the organic side, we just need to add it to the sap counts so they match

This should do the trick, I guess we can just merge this as-is for now, and then fix up legacy data the next time we do a backfill?
