Navigating to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/taskgraph/transforms doesn't show any subdirectory, even though there are some.
In my local checkout, the only subdirectory I see is job/. I see that subdirectory in your link in comment 0, though admittedly it is halfway down the page and hard to see. Are you expecting something else?

You're right, I missed the directory icon in the middle of all the file icons.
