Do you mean the warning when you close the last window and do you have "Restore previous session" active in options/general/startup ?

No, i mean the offer to save current sessions if more than 1 tab is open.
I don't want to save the sessions all the time, but i want to be able to choose to do so.
Using the settings mentioned in the link, I always got an extra button in the closing warning, offering save and quit.
in nightly, with the same settings, I only get Cancel and close tabs.

The quit and save dialog was removed with bug 1438499.
Read comment #40 and comment#41 in that bug report.
You can always (!) manually restore a session with (alt key)/History->Restore previous session.
I have to mark this report wontfix because this is a intentional change.
