Note that there was a previous data review for this in bug 1486644. For that bug this data was sent by an extension, and there isn't really any fundamental difference in the ping, but it will now be shipping with Firefox and has more documentation etc. (bug 1492656).
It was suggested in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D6359#157961 that we do a followup data review on this.

Yes, it will be documented under this index: https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/telemetry/telemetry/data/
Is there a control mechanism that allows the user to turn the data collection on and off?
Yes, the preference `toolkit.telemetry.coverage.opt-out`
If the request is for permanent data collection, is there someone who will monitor the data over time?
N/A, 6-month lifetime.
Using the category system of data types on the Mozilla wiki, what collection type of data do the requested measurements fall under?
Category 1, Technical data
Is the data collection request for default-on or default-off?
Default on.
Does the instrumentation include the addition of any new identifiers (whether anonymous or otherwise; e.g., username, random IDs, etc. See the appendix for more details)?
Yes, a random UUID.
Is the data collection covered by the existing Firefox privacy notice?
Yes, see bug 1480194
Does there need to be a check-in in the future to determine whether to renew the data?
Yes. :rhelmer you will be responsible for removing or renewing this measurement before April 4, 2019.
