User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Build ID: 20180920131237 Steps to reproduce: On the new tab screen, the design of the sub-screens navigation bar (key elements, bookmarks, history, reading list and downloads) looks like we could switch from one to another just by sliding on the left/right, (which I tried the first time I saw it and found it very frustrated no being able to do so).

There is planned work to replace the home panels with a new library design, so I'm closing this bug since it will be obsolete.
