Please update bundled PIP package to version >=10.0.0, e.g. a version containing https://github.com/pypa/pip/commit/270ea3af207273b4815d73b10e83b580387adeaf

This will fix a problem which prevents building of Firefox/Thunderbird when access to "/etc" is restricted.
