[Preconditions]:
1. Set the pref dom.payments.request.enabled to "true";
2. Make sure you don't have any Shipping Address and any Credit Card saved in your browser.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to "https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/single/" page and click on "Buy".
2. Fill all the fields correctly in "Add Shipping Address" form and click on "Next".
3. From "Add Credit Card" form, click on "Edit" or "Add" billing address.3
4. From "Add Billing Address" form click on "Back".
5. From "Add Credit Card" form click "Back" again.

[Expected result]:
"Cancel" button should be displayed instead of "Back" button.

[Actual result]:
- "Back" button is displayed instead of "Cancel" button.
- Summary page is displayed even if payment method isn't completed.

It might not be a regression. I couldn't find any good version, I even went back to test on a build from May.

This will hopefully get fixed by bug 1491815 and we need to make room for bug 1510470.
