This bug was logged as an enchancement for the about:policies page.

I think that adding a smooth scrolling effect (like https://css-tricks.com/snippets/jquery/smooth-scrolling/) will add a plus to this feature. Also I think that this will fix the scenarios in which the users will have to manually scroll down in order to see the available schemes (for long schemes especially, see the "bottom-page" WebsiteFilter policy).

Pushed the fix. I wasn't sure who to add as a reviewer, so I added Felipe. In general, should I add the Reporter or the "Triage Owner"?

I'm really confused as to what this is asking for now.

We get smooth scrolling on the policy page now with Firefox smooth scrolling.

Am I missing something?

We smooth scroll like Firefox does. I don't think there is anything to do here.
