*User Story for Context*

- As a recently lapsed EN Firefox subscriber, I want to receive a series of three emails convincing me to re-engage with the Firefox email content before I'm removed from the email program, so that I have a chance to continue getting emails without having to resubscribe.

@Jessie,

I have rearranged the word file into a spreadsheet. It is easier to reference to the English content side by side during review as well as counting the words so we know the size of the project.

At the very top, there is a link pointing to the source file with mockups for visual reference. Add a new column for each language, in each of the tabs. 

Regarding deadlines, let's finish them all by October 15 or sooner.

I will update our l10n email process doc to reflect that we should use spreadsheets moving forward, as opposed to docs.

I have separate the languages so each file contains one language. It is best when have linguistic review in the process. Please invite the people involved in the testing to have access to the files in case changes are needed.

Thank you for checking in! Can you help us ID someone from each language to receive the proof and validate that everything looks good once coded?

(Also, is that the protocol for QA that you usually use for other l10n projects (ie like the website)?)
