It would help if you provided some more information as to what you were actually trying to do, e.g. which repository, compiler, platform etc.
However, I'll assume this is https://hg.mozilla.org/tamarin-redux which was last developed in 2013. The documentation pages are also archived: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Archive/Mozilla/Tamarin
Therefore I would assume that this is no longer supported by anyone.
If this isn't the right repository. Please can you explain some more about what you are actually trying to do.
