Following the incident that happened on Sep 26 regarding the V45 deployment hiccups, I'm filing this bug to track documentation and escalation paths that ciduty need updates for

:zfay hey sorry for late reply, I actually though I already replied. We first need to migrate old Nagios alerts from scl3 to mdc1. And when we migrate we should also include help/docs link into an alert, which includes all information how to debug/troubleshout things and also how to escalate. But yes lets have a vidyo chat about this. I would let you schedule it.

We had plenty of talks on this we :garbas and everything was been covered, with the exception of custom nagios alerts.
