the "Return code: 1" does not seem accurate here, talos execution continues.

sfraser> the failure to download cryptography needs the package adding to https://pypi.pub.build.mozilla.org/pub/, which isn't something  I can do, I think
`No matching distribution found for cryptography==2.1.4` was key, the package was missing from the above url.
Summary: Intermittent Return code: 1 with test execution after → Perma false positive Return code: 1 followed by test execution
Seems mitmproxy also installs an older version, will fix that too

This got fixed by uploading version 2.1.4
