Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID:    2002053012

Thet text Zoom function works with the main keyboard + and - keys, but the key
combination Ctrl++ on the numeric keypad does not work.
The key combination Ctrl+- works on the numeric keypad.
It would appear to be a keyscan code problem on this platform of Mozilla 1.0.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any page (http://www.mozilla.org)
2.Press Ctrl++ (main keyboard) works
3.Press Ctrl++ (numeric keypad) does not works

Actual Results: No enlargement of font when using the numeric keypad.

Expected Results:  Zoom in text

none.
I see this on Build ID 2002060208 on WinXP too
Confirmed on Mozilla 1.0 (aka 2002053012) / win2000.
Also I think that same thing happens on win98, but I can't recall for sure at
the moment.
