When dragging a task either in task view or the task list of the today pane there's a type error:

Assert failed: Error while building selection region: TypeError: Components.classes['@mozilla.org/gfx/region;1'] is undefined; can't access its "createInstance" property

ASSERT resource://calendar/modules/calUtils.jsm:148:13
onxbldragstart chrome://calendar/content/calendar-task-tree.xml:1146:15

Seems to be a leftover of bug 1478375.
Blocks: 1480039
This just removes the definition of the unsupported region.
