STR:
1. Sign into Desktop and android device
2. Observe android device name in Fxa device list
3. Disconnect sync on Android device
4. Sign in to new profile on Android
5. Note android device name on desktop
Observed: Device name is Android

This is almost certainly a bug on the Android side, changing component.
