Maryann, please visit each of these team's pages at GitHub and click "Request to join"; the team admins for each group will need to approve you (they'll be listed as "Maintainer"):

Closing, as there's nothing else the GitHub admins need to do here at this time; each of the teams has an active Mozilla staff member listed as maintainer and is cc'd on this bug. If problems come up, feel free to REOPEN and request further assistance.

Maryann is not a member of the github "Organizations" so she can't view the individual repos. 

Perhaps the request was not properly worded, she first needs to be added to "Mozilla" and "Mozilla-IT" GH orgs.

Ah! The only way you can join the org is to be invited by a team admin.

Keegan, Ryan, Daniel; each of you are an admin for one repository listed in comment 2 (in that order). Please invite Maryann to your teams.

I can only invite her once she is added to the org, "Mozilla IT".

That's... not how github says this works [1]. "Only organization owners can invite users to join an organization."

If I try to invite Maryann it does not allow me and says "Not a member of this organization". We are not organization owners.

Fun! I'm glad they've improved that, at least.

Daniel, you'll need to handle issuing the invitation for the two mozilla-it teams above, since you're an admin.
