Somewhere along the etl pipeline the coverage ETL work is being dropped intermittently

Until this is found, mitigation is to run the status.py daily to retrigger missing coverage: bug 1384643

Yes, this is still happening.
This was solved in the past, so I will see if it is the same thing. I will post another update when I identified the problem

The ETL was set to ingest 10% of the coverage, it was set back to 100% 5 days ago. This is no longer a problem.
