Details

- The MVP should not show the "Web Replay" menu items because we do not want to expose sharing just yet.
- We should create a new flag 'devtools.recordreplay.sharing.enabled' where the items are shown and we can continue testing that feature.
I'm beginning to think it is nice to have the menu items.

1. it helps people play with saving/loading
2. it is another path for starting a recording
