1496992 - Unable to save SVG file locally

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce:

Firefox 62.0.3 on Android (Samsung Galaxy S6).
Searched Google images for some clipart. 
Clicked full size image on some result. 
it displayed SVG file from openclipart. (others behave the same). 
Confirmed it is SVG by "View source".
I repeat, the URL points to the SVG file itself, not a SVG contained within a HTML page.


Actual results:

Long touch on image yields only "Select all". 
I don't get the menu to save image.
I want to save the image locally.
On desktop I have "save page as" which saves the SVG file. 
On Android I only have "Save as PDF", which does not help in this instance.


Expected results:

I want to be able to save SVG images just like JPG images.

Thanks for the report!
Tested on 62.0.3 and latest Nightly build with Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 7.0) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3(Android 8.0) and following your steps couldn't reproduce the issue. I got "save image" when I performed long tap on it. Can you please provide the URL or the image to test again?

Retesting on Firefox 68.3.0 (Android, Samsung S9+).
Used an example from a site I am working on.
http://www.romania-muzical.ro/images/layout/rrm-logo_bk.svg
I can view it as the actual SVG file by long tap on the logo (upper left) and selecting view image.
Once displayed, long-tap has no effect. (unlink images such as JPG, for which long-tap yields a context menu).

On desktop version, FF71, using mouse, I can right-click on the image, select save page as and have the SVG file saved locally.
