Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. However, I was not able to reproduce it on any OS ( Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 16.04, Windows 10, Windows 7 or MacOS 10.13) using the latest 62.0.3 Release Build.
Could you please retest this using a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E) and report back the results?
