+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1378036 +++

browser_noPermanentKey.js has been intermittently failing ever since it landed (see bug 1383315) and has been disabled on linux and test verify builds due to this. Bug 1470280 will make it permafail so we're going to completely disable it. It would be nice to re-enable it once someone has time to fix it.
