:padenot is seeing a lot of flickering on with webrender enabled and the issues seem to occur when using several windows.
Matt, has the gl context multiplexing already landed?

It has, but it's ANGLE-specific, so it won't have changed anything on linux.

I think this was a configuration issue on my machine, using the wrong driver (the open source and very young nouveau driver instead of the nvidia driver from nvidia). I had issues on Chrome as well at some point. I'm still using web render on the same machine, but now, with the correct drivers, I don't see this issue anymore, everything works perfectly now.
I'm closing this, but I'll keep an eye out for issues.
