[Affected Platforms]:

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a new Firefox profile.
- Have the "Dark" theme enabled from "about:addons>Themes".
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Open a new tab and hover the snippet from the bottom part of the page.
3. Observe the right part of the snippet.
[Expected result]:
- The "Dismiss" button is displayed and visible.
[Actual result]:
- The "Dismiss" button is displayed but barely noticeable.
[Notes]:
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.
