I tested this on Mac OS X 10.13 with FF 62.0.3 release version and FF Nightly 64.0a1(2018-10-11) and I can't reproduce this issue.
Hank Chou, can you please test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode.
Also please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.
