User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Sometime Add-Ons seem enabled but in reality they are disabled (just happened), and is impossible to know if only one or all are disabled. Of course, disable/enable them is a workaround. Actual results: Tried to use MailMerge, which according to the Add-Ons Page was enabled, to send separate messages to a list of people, but only one message with all recipients visible in the To: field was sent. Expected results: A single message to each recipient should have been sent. MailMerge seemed to be Enabled, but in reality was Disabled.
Richard, another one for you to check. Reporter, anything similar happening in Firefox ESR 60?

I don't use Mail Merge and can't say if it works or not. It's in the Add-on Prefs but I can't say if it does what it should. The extensions I have are always enabled. So can't help.

The addon was updated in June for version 60, so the author is alive and kicking. If there is a problem it should be reported support email at https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/mail-merge/
