149753 - Cycling through tabs using Ctrl-PgUp doesn't work in latest build.

Pressing Ctrl+PgUp continuously with earlier builds allowed me to cycle through
all the open tabs.  But now if I have my extreme right hand side tab open and I
repeatedly press Ctrl+PgUp then it stops at the extreme left hand side tab and
does n't come back to the extreme right hand side tab.

I am also running Win2000 Pro, but I do not believe OS has an effect here. 
However, BuildID 2002070408 does not seem to encounter this problem.  I presume
it has been fixed since the June build that you are running.  Works fine for me,
nonetheless.
