[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch firefox;
2. Access: http://dl3.webmfiles.org/big-buck-bunny_trailer.webm
3. open the DevTools inspector;

[Expected result]:
- inspector content is properly displayed;

[Actual result]:
- content in inspector is not displayed or vanishes after a few seconds;

[Regression range]:
- looked up on versions from 2017, issue was still reproduced;

[Additional notes]:
- attached screen recording with the issue;
- in some cases it didn't happen until a reload or until trying to close(with 2tabs);
- on some cases was not able to reproduce until a browser restart;

These STR seem to reproduce this issue consistently:

1. Load http://dl3.webmfiles.org/big-buck-bunny_trailer.webm
2. Open the Inspector.
3. Hold down shift and click the refresh button.

A few seconds into the video the markup view becomes blank.

There are no error messages in the browser or content consoles.
