The pushes in https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&resultStatus=success,usercancel,runnable,testfailed,busted,exception,retry&group_state=expanded&tochange=c9d9dd203994cd2251869d7b470564281d5d995f&fromchange=a79effc68816dc508ca25b07cfb61bcb2282e230&searchStr=windows,pgo got submitted in a 10 minute time window and both have all available jobs. As far as I know, only one such push should exist per hour. Sheriffs Cristina, Eliza and Dorel all say they didn't request the missing jobs for any of those pushes. Honza, did you request from yours? If not, then there is a bug in SETA.
