[Affected platforms]:
- macOS 10.13
- macOS 10.14

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Download latest DevEdition
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/devedition/candidates/63.0b13-candidates/build1/mac/en-US/Firefox%2063.0b13.dmg
2. Double click the dmg file

[Expected result]:
- DMG Background is the same with the one from RC, Beta, Nightly, ESR

[Actual result]:
- DMG Background for DevEdition has a different height then the rest of Firefox versions

[Regression range]:
- Not sure if this is a regression since 62.0b20 DevEdition had the Background image broken and I think that was fixed by bug 1454610, will investigate further as soon as possible.

This seems to be an old regression:

Last Good: 56.0b12
First Bad: 57.0b1

Changing tracking flags since 63 is now RC and DevEd has moved to 64.
