149792 - URL bar does not update when switching tabs after hitting site

Overview Description:  If you go to this site and then open a tabbed window, the
url never updates if you try to load a page via a bookmark or other means
besides typing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.)  Go to the url listed
2.)  Ctrl-T to open a window
3.)  open a bookmark or click on the navigator logo to go to a new site

Actual Results:  The page will load but the url does not get updated in the url
bar.  The url does not get updated if you click on the tabs either.

Expected Results:  The url should update

Build Date & Platform Bug Found:  Win NT4 trunk and branch - 20020606

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On:  Win 2K and Linux

This seems like an obvious dupe to me. (Why did a NEW bug get
opened when a trivial search finds 3+ accuweather reports ?)

well, I missed it with my search - thanks for catching it.  I'd still rather
enter a dupe than let something like this possibly slip by.

How we can expect users to search for bugs when netscape employees
can't, I don't know.
