Steps to reproduce:
Reported a new Bug the first time with the Opera browser instead of the Chrome Borwser.
Click into the Textfield "Description" and type in the text.
Opera Version: Version:56.0.3051.36
Chrome Version: Version 69.0.3497.100 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
Actual results:
After clicking into the Textfield "Descritpion"
-> Textfield gets blue
After typing some text
-> Text gets selected / marked
Expected results:
After clicking into the Textfield "Descritpion"
-> Textfield stayes white
After typing some text
-> Nothing special happens with the typed text

I cannot reproduce the issue on BMO (the current Bugzilla trunk) with the latest version of Opera.
