User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: This bug relates to operation of a specific program that few users probably use: Mediware/Bowman/Wellsky ServicePoint HMIS system. This software is used by homeless shelters (including our shelter for homeless women and children) as our electronic records system, and is essential to our operations and ability to obtain grants. The reporting tool in ServicePoint only worked on Mozilla Firefox ESR (not safari, chrome or internet explorer). Unfortunately, with this latest update, it no longer is compatible (confirmed by the software company). In order to utilize the reporting tool, we have to downgrade our Firefox to the previous version of ESR. I found the previous version of regular Firefox, but not ESR. I am able to reproduce this issue every time I use my computer, as the software is not compatible with the version of FF ESR on my computer. However, other users will not be able to recreate this issue unless they are using the specific HMIS software described above and a mac computer. I am seeking help on how to downgrade my Firefox ESR to the prior version. Actual results: Description above contains details of what occurred. I was unable to find the right download to install a prior version of Firefox ESR. It has to be ESR, and I am using a Mac computer. I realize that for security reasons, this is not recommended, but without the prior version of Firefox, we literally cannot report on any outcomes or progress in our shelter at all. We are at a grinding halt, and this is critical for compliance and funding so we can continue to serve 400 women and children nightly at our shelter.
Bugzilla is not for support issues or getting help. Using an out of date Browser version is also dangerous due to known security bugs in those older versions. I would not use such an old version to browser on the internet. The Java plugin is not supported anymore in Firefox versions after Firefox52 which is the last ESR version that you have probably used. All Firefox versions are downloadable from here : http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ and I guess that you want http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/mac/en-US/ I will mark this report invalid -> Java is no longer supported, Firefox52 is no longer supported and bugzilla is not support questions
