As per request from Jess, I am filling this to be trained on QAing the language integration field between Mozillians and salesforce >> How will you nurture these relationships? We are planning to roll out localised messages to our Mozillians audiences. During our last campaign we localized our message and website in Spanish and we show increase of participation from our "dormant" communities in Latin America. >> How will success be measured? - 10% increase of participation from langueages we localise the message. >> What is the risk to not doing this? We will keep addressing the same people and we won't have the chance to expand to countries where we have potential to grow. >> What's the timeline for launch? No timeline, the work needs to be done on our end and the only "work" that is needed from the email team is that I get trained on how to QA the integration we will prepare.

In addition to QA of the setup (before the integration goes live), our team will likely need to assist you on setting up the audience segmentation and localized Mozillians email template before you send your first localized email.
