If the "Firefox Menu" is triggered from a snippet, it cannot be dismissed by using any other actions except clicking the "hamburger" menu button

- Firefox 64.0a1 Build ID - 20181011220118
[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Linux
- All Mac
[Prerequisites]:
- Have a new Firefox profile.
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and open a new tab.
2. Refresh the page until the "Question: What and where is the "hamburger menu?" snippet is displayed in the bottom part of the page.
3. Click the "Click here to find out" string from the snippet.
4. Click anywhere on the page outside on the "Firefox Menu".
5. Observe the behavior.
[Expected result]:
- The "Firefox Menu" is dismissed.
[Actual result]:
- The "Firefox menu" remains displayed.
[Notes]:
- This issue is also reproducible if at step 4 you will press the "Esc" key instead.
- This issue is not reproducible if the "hamburger" menu button is clicked.
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.
