Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
Steps to reproduce:
I opened a new Google meet meeting.
I started presenting.
Wait until another user joins the presentation (regardless of their browser).
Actual results:
The users joining after the presentation did not see what I was presenting.
Expected results:
All users should see what is presented even if they joined after it started presenting.

Hi reporter,
I am contacting to ask you about the real issue of this bug. From what I understand, your issue is that when you start a Google meeting, start presenting (sharing a screen or a window instead of the webcam video), then if another user joins the meeting, you are expecting him to see the presentation from the beginning, not from the current time of the presentation. Is this correct?

I expect the new joiner to see the current presentation. Since you asked this I imagine you are having a hard time reproducging it on your end, right?

It's really easy to reproduce: open a new meet in Firefox. Start presenting your entire screen, open Chrome and copy paste the meeting URL, Firefox will see as if I am presenting the screen (as it should) but Chrome will see my webcam, not my screen that I am presenting.

Yes, I understand your issue now. I have retested and the reproduction on my system still isn't as described.
This is what happens in my case:
1. I take system 1, a laptop with Ubuntu 16, I open a google meet in Firefox AND start presenting my screen.
2. I take system 2, a desktop with Windows 10 and I join the meet in Chrome.
Actual:
The meeting from system 2 only shows the name of the other meeting member, not the presentation or the webcam video.
Expected:
The meeting from system 2 should see the presentation from system 1 as soon as the meeting is joined.
Note: Sometimes, if I rejoin the meeting on system 2, the presentation would be displayed accordingly.
Note: If I interchange the systems in the reproduction, the issue would not occur.
Note: I also have to mention that this issue is about 75% reproducible.

I don't remember it ever working. Might not be a regression.

I had to recheck where this issue occurs, I could reproduce it with about 50% reproduction rate on the 3 main versions of Firefox (64, 63, 62) and I could not reproduce it in Release v61.0.2 because some other issue would occur, where I could not share my webcam or screen presentation. So it appears not to be a recent regression.
