Rather than have everyone use their personal vanity domain, let's put dev environments at <nick>.taskcluster-dev.net. That will be easiest if that domain is managed in route53 (in the staging account) so that we can modify it without new bugs. Brian, before I go filing the necessary bugs to get this set up, is this a good plan?
