Hi, Snorp,
Do you know who can help with this issue?
Thank you!

STR.
- go to Google Play Store downloading Firefox Nightly
- wait for couple days
- open Firefox Nightly and check for updates
Expect.
4. find available updateActual.
4. shows no updates available [1]
Is that screenshot from the Play Store or Nightly?

From Nightly "about:firefox".
That's not expected to work. All updates are delivered through the Play Store.

If we remove this feature, should we open play store automatically while user is clicking the update button in "about:firefox"?

There was some talk about that a long time ago when the switch happened, but I don't think anyone cared enough at the time to do it.
