Details

Bugzilla won't work under mod_perl, but I don't see this documented. Perhaps add a section for setting up specific web servers, and the existing mod_throttle stuff can be moved to the Apache subsection.
Accepting this; this will require a bit of major effort. The Guide needs some reogranization anyway, working on it as I can.

Added section for Bugzilla and mod_perl, noting that it currently simply does not work at all.
