Details
When navigating away from a history entry, we capture the current resolution and scroll position into the PresState. Additionally, the session store also continuously keeps track of the current resolution and scroll position per tab. If we're restoring a tab whose current history entry also has a PresState, the scroll position and resolution contained in the PresState is most likely out of date compared to the per-tab resolution/scroll position captured by the session store. However due to the way resolution restoring works, the session store sets the restore resolution before the resolution from the PresState is restored, so the PresState resolution overwrites the session store resolution.
