(Keywords: regression)
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a fresh profile. 2. Navigate to <about:config>. 3. Use the bookmark button to create a bookmark for <about:config>. 4. Close the tab. 5. Create a new tab. 6. Type "about:c" in the address bar. Actual results: The URL is autocompleted to "about:config/", with an unexpected trailing slash. Pressing enter results in an "Invalid URL" error page. Expected results: The input should autocomplete to "about:config" without a trailing slash.
