Unlike NS 4.7x, too-long subject lines don't "pop" when moused over

Details

This is my first time using Mozilla so if I'm missing a configuration setting,
or the project is not intended to recreate this particular feature of NS 4.7x,
please send me an e-mail and let me know this.

When I open my mail or a newsgroup and look at the message subjects, usually
they're too long to fit in the allocated space. Using NS 4.7x, I could simply
run the mouse over the subject, and it would display the entire subject line
without my having to click on anything. Using Mozilla 1.0, I do not have this
option. I run my cursor over a subject and it does nothing. I have to click each
too-long subject line in order to read that subject in the message window below.
My window layout is the 2nd one (two panes top, one large one bottom). If this
is a feature you're including in a future build of Mozilla please let me know,
as I would not consider continuing to use this product without it.

Thanks,

Robert Spelman
