Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the "Zoiper Thunderbird Plugin" add-on
https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/zoiper-thunderbird-plugin/
2. Disable all add-on except the "Zoiper Thunderbird Plugin" add-on
3. Restart Thunderbird
4. Open "Address Book"
a) All buttons in the "Address Book Toolbar" are disabled except the Zoiper button
b) No contacts are shown for any selected address book

Thunderbird 60.2.1 (64-bit)
Linux Mint 19


Actual results:

Address Book not usable.


Expected results:

Address Book should be usable.

Maybe you should make some noise on the appropriate channels about the bottle-neck of slow add-on reviews on ATN.

I have told the add-ons review team that this has been held up and pointed one of them at the specific review.
