Steps to reproduce:

Slovakia's parliament approved October 30, 2018 as a one-time public holiday. This needs to be included into Slovak holiday calendar.

As I said in the bedrock pull-request, this change should also be made to the new thunderbird.net website.

The Github Bugzilla PR Linker doesn't seem to work for the thundernest repo - apparently only the bedrock PR was linked.

Sancus, as long as we're missing an auto update of the bug when creating/merging PR on thundernest repo, please also add a link to the commit to the referenced bug and set it to fixed if you merge a PR. Apart from that, PRs for changing public calendars should only be merged once the have an r+ on the bug (in this case the patch was fine, though). maybe getting the linker to work for thundernest would resolve everything mentioned before.
