Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on Personal Toolbar
2. Select "New Folder"

Actual Results:  Nothing happens

Expected Results:  Create new folder
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Well, bug 100000 was originally a dupe too.

Also, these "interesting" bugs are dupes: bug 10000, bug 30000, bug 50000, bug
90000, bug 140000, bug 11111, bug 22222, bug 99999 and bug 111111.

This could always be turned into a celebration spam bug, but then again, better
wait 'til bug 1000000, which is right around the corner :)
