UX suggestions for new cert error pages

- Move "What can you do about it" down a bit so it has clearer association with the content beneath it, rather than floating in the middle. - For mismatch errors, only mention the domain once (use "this site" instead) - Capitalize "Your Computer Clock is Wrong" - Update SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE copy - Update MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_ADDITIONAL_POLICY_CONSTRAINT_FAILED
> - Update SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE copy Holding off on this until we discussed the new copy further.
Nihanth, thank you for the review! I made another change that updates the SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE copy now, can you please take another look at the interdiff (https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D9080?vs=25814&id=26008&whitespace=ignore-most#toc)? It's mostly new copy, much of the changes in NetErrorChild are fixing indentation. I also removed OCSP errors from getting the SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE treatment because they were included there mistakenly (they never got to that point from the start). Thanks!
