[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Install some extensions that have a pop-up in the browserAction.
2.Open the pop-up.
3.Ctrl/Cmd + zoom in/out inside the pop-up.
[Expected results]:
- The zoom in/out inside the pop-up should not be possible.
[Actual results]:
- The content inside the pop-up is zoomed in/out/
