[Affected versions]: Nightly 64.0a1 [Affected platforms]: Platforms: All [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open the Firefox browser and open a few websites in new tabs (youtube, reddit, Facebook). 2. Right Click one of the tabs and Click Select all Tabs. 3. Right Click one of the Tabs and click Reopen in Container (any container is fine). Expected Result: The Selected tabs should reopen in the Specified container. Actual Results: Even though multiple tabs are selected, only the tab that the user right clicks will open in a new Container. Please note that after selecting all tabs the user is able to move, bookmark, mute or reload all tabs at once without issues.

Based on Comment 8 and checking this myself in 65.0a1 (2018-11-13) I will set the flags for it to Verified in Fx65.
